Cobaw Community Health is located in the Macedon Ranges approx 70 kilometres north west of Melbourne.

Macedon Ranges Shire has a population of around 40,000. We are a diverse population spread across nine major towns and smaller rural communities in central Victoria.

Cobaw has service sites in Kyneton, at Woodend and at the Romsey Community Hub. We also deliver services in partnership with Macedon Ranges Health Service in Gisborne.

We provide outreach services to most communities in the Shire. If you are wondering what is available in your community please contact us.

Cobaw's purpose is to bring people together to improve health and well being. We aim to contribute to a strong, just and fair community for everyone living in the Shire

CCH provides a range of health and community services to people of all ages.

Cobaw Community Health may have to reschedule at short notice your appointment with us during heatwave and high fire risk conditions. On days of Extreme and Code Red fire risk days Cobaw staff travel across the Shire will be limited due to extreme temperatures and fire risk. On Code Red days the Woodend Community Hub will close. We will try to contact you if your appointment is affected. We apologise if you experience any inconvenience as a result.
